Contents: Introduction to Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics, Introduction to Combined Heating and Power (CHP) [Cogeneration] Systems and Combined Cooling, Heating, and Power (CCHP) [Trigeneration] Systems, Prime Mover Technologies and Generators, Other Components (Compressors, Chillers, Heat Exchangers, Boilers), Design Principles, Renewable Applications: Biogas, Sewage, and Landfill, Local Regulatory Issues and Incentives, Feasibility Calculations, Environmental Impacts, Case Studies, Simulation Tools, and Final Project.
